Winter Flare: Turtle Neck Sweater and Tulle Skirt

What kind of winter outfits can help us stay warm while embrace fashion at the same time in a chilly snowy day?

Well, I personally think a cute and warm turtle neck sweater is definitely a versatile and must-have piece that can help you make the transition easily from Fall to Winter and to Spring, and even from a work day to a night out.

Tulle skirt has always been my favourite as it’s just so dreamy and feminine. But who says it can only be worn in a shinny Summer day? I think the fun part about fashion is that there is no rule whatsoever, so as long as you can wear an outfit to showcase your unique personality, then that’s all it matters.  What are your thoughts on this?
